Sabaté i Coca

4 generations...

Over four generations, our family has worked in body and soul at the Sabaté and Coca Finca, making this family cellar a life project. Based on a particular philosophy of elaboration, the goal is to obtain the maximum expression of the earth: by relying on native Mediterranean varieties such as xarel·lo and by obtaining wines and differential sparklings from very limited productions.

At Finca Baldús we carry out the entire production process from planting the vines, caring for them, harvesting, pressing, vinification, wine transfer, bottling, ageing, rinsing, disgorging and final labelling.

Albet i Noya, pioneers in organic vineyards and viticulture since 1978. Located in the heart of Sant Pau d’Ordal, Subirats, we have made our terraces and vineyards in the Ordal mountains our most identifying seal. Creativity, innovation, curiosity and respect for nature have been, and will continue to be, our reason for being.

Celler Kripta

Agustí Torelló Mata, who is son of tailors and musicians, was born in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia in 1935. He started working at the age of 14 and at the age of 18 he opened the first wine analysis laboratory in the town. In 1960 he married with Carmen Sibill Cardús, beginning a life that will always revolve around this world and that will consolidate him as one of the best winemakers in the country.
