What does it involve
Enjoy agastronomic morning with wine tasting at our historic estate, located in the heart of the Garraf Massif. It will be our pleasure to share with you a unique experience that brings together history, nature, viticulture and winemaking.
During the visit, we will explore the 15th-century farmhouse, carefully restored, as well as our vineyards and the spectacular sustainable winery, harmoniously integrated into the mountain itself. We will talk about our viticultural practices and the winemaking processes behind our wines, always connected to the surrounding natural environment.
In addition, our sommelier will lead a guided tasting of our sparkling wine Clímax Brut Nature and the historic Gran Caus wine range (white, rosé and red), accompanied by a traditional km 0 breakfast featuring Spanish omelette, coca de escalivada (Catalan roasted vegetable flatbread), a selection of Catalan cured meats and cheeses, served with pa amb tomàquet (bread with tomato) and olive oil.
