Cava is the most gastronomic and versatile sparkling wine
There is a perfect cava for every person and every occasion; it all depends on individual preferences and the characteristics of the moment. Therefore, we will taste four aging cavas, Reserva and Gran Reserva, made with three different blends. We will complete the experience with a gourmet pairing: three cheeses specially selected for our long-aged cavas or three vegetable and vegan pâtés.
- Brief presentation: philosophy and history of the winery.
- Tasting 4 aged cavas: traditional + xarel·lo + rosé.
- Pairing with 3 gourmet cheeses or 3 vegetable pâtés.
- Tuesday to Saturday [90 minutes] 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm.
- Catalan, Spanish and English. French upon request.

+ Food choices: Non-alcoholic drinks and appetisers suitable for celiac, vegetarian and vegan people.
+ Accessibility: Terrace among vineyards, tasting room and toilet suitable for people with reduced mobility.
+ Sustainable mobility: Renfe R4 train station [Lavern Subirats] 10 minutes walk. If you come by train, we will ship cava for free. Minimum 6 bottles and only in the Iberian Peninsula.
