Small family-run cava winery from Penedès, founded in 1927
We cultivate 10 hectares of organic vineyards and only produce long-aged cava: Reserva and Gran Reserva. Minimum 18 months up to 20 years in the bottle, with the lees. Fine and delicate bubbles, fruity aromas and flavours that intensify with the years of aging… always striving for quality and uniqueness in every detail.
Pere Guilera, third-generation and owner of Cava Guilera, will accompany you throughout the experience. Pere is a staunch advocate for the Penedès landscapes and long-aged cava. He loves and believes in what he does and knows how to share his passion with all visitors in a warm, informative, and friendly way.

- Tasting 2 long-aged cavas: Reserva and Gran Reserva.
- From Tuesday to Saturday [90 minutes] 10am, 12pm, 4pm.
