The sum of the lives and contributions of 4 generations
One of the smallest wineries in the Penedès region, with 10 hectares of organic vineyards and a reserve of 200,000 bottles of cava undergoing aging. A minimum of 18 months up to 20 years in the bottle, with the lees, to achieve the perfect harmony of the cava. An impressive patience exercise and a family legacy that will celebrate its centenary in 2027.
Pere Guilera, owner and third generation of Cava Guilera, will accompany you throughout the experience. Pere is a wise vine grower and a small cava producer, a staunch defender of the Penedès landscapes and long-aged cava.

- Tasting of 4 long-aged cavas: Reserva and Gran Reserva.
- Pairing with 3 gourmet cheeses or 3 vegetable pâtés.
- Duration: 2 hours. Tuesday to Saturday: 10am, 12pm, 4pm.
