What does it involve
The Christmas markets of Europe illuminate our eyes with thousands of lights, garlands, and fir trees, the music of Christmas carols can be heard throughout the alleys, creating a magical atmosphere. But nothing would be the same without smell. Everywhere you smell melted cheeses, grilled sausages, gingerbread cookies and butter waffles, not to mention the famous mulled wine with spices. All the senses together, without any of them missing, are what transport us to the magical world of Christmas.
And we wanted to bring a sample of this Christmas spirit to the winery and pair it with our Jovani Cavas, so we have created a menu with scrumptious dishes, special for the coldest days.
