Do you want to know what the magic of Cava is? How many types of bubbles are there and how are they formed? Why did we get so hooked on making cavas?
We propose a unique visit inside the Cava, a sensory visit. And what does this mean? We will start in reverse, tasting cavas and appreciating different blends, bubbles and aging. We will do it in front of the vineyard, where everything begins. And we will teach you to perceive the differences and perhaps discover your tastes and emotions. And only then will you better understand the different spaces and processes of the winery that we will go through until we reach the underground cellar. There, underground, among thousands and thousands of bottles in silence, in the dark and waiting to be uncovered, we will explain our secret to you. We will do it by tasting a superior, long-aged cava. With each glass, we will be accompanied by a small gastronomic creation made by our brother Sergi and expressly designed for each moment and each cava.
