MontRubí is a family-owned winery established in 1984, a pioneer in the recovery of indigenous varieties, located in an idyllic setting, a valley in the Alt Penedès, 60 km. away from Barcelona, covered by vineyards, Mediterranean pine, holm oak, olive, and oak forests, where we make organic high-altitude wines.
Our wines seek the roots, the uniqueness, and the value of traditional winemaking and we therefore always select indigenous grapes.

We are the fifth and sixth generation of a winemaking family and we consider our experience, and the humility that comes with it, to be our greatest asset. We believe that, in our area, on our land in the Anoia and Bitlles river basins near Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, it is possible to produce sparkling wines, which are “up there” with the world’s greatest sparkling wines. To do this, we have allied with a unique grape variety: the Xarel·lo, the backbone of our sparklings. True to our belief in respecting the environment, we manage our vineyards according to organic and biodynamic principles.

From monday to saturday we open our doors to those who want to visit us and get to know first-hand not only day to day running of wine estate whose family have been growing vines since 1,395, but also the vineyard / wine cellar which offers high quality wines and cavas with the Torelló brand.

Traditional Visit

Bodegas Pinord has over a hundred years of winemaking experience in the Penedès region of North-eastern Spain. They make wines and cavas (sparkling wines), using traditional methods, inherited from their ancestors. Today, the use of state-of-the-art technology, as well as an exceptional team of hard-working professionals contribute to make their wines and cavas famous around the world.

We are a family winery that produces organic, quality cavas and wines from grapes from our estate. The secret of our wines is careful and environmentally friendly viticulture and traditional production passed down from generation to generation.

Mas Comtal is a small estate, owned but the family Milà, which has 40 hectares of vineyards organically grown. The cellar is located at the eastern part of Penedès, near Garraf, with magnificent views of Montserrat mountain.
