What does it involve
Participants will take part in our harvest activities with our winemaking team and learn concepts about harvesting and winemaking.
Depending on the weather, the activity could start at the foot of the vineyard or in the winery.
- Manual harvest: assessment and selection of the grapes for vinification.
- Entry of grapes into the winery. Subsequent control of the crushing and pressing process.
- Visit to the winery where you will be able to discover the fermentation techniques and aging room including handmade clay amphorae, concrete eggs and French oak barrels.
- The activity concludes with a tasting of 6 organic wines paired with small gastronomic expressions.
