We are the fifth and sixth generation of a winemaking family and we consider our experience, and the humility that comes with it, to be our greatest asset. We believe that, in our area, on our land in the Anoia and Bitlles river basins near Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, it is possible to produce sparkling wines, which are “up there” with the world’s greatest sparkling wines. To do this, we have allied with a unique grape variety: the Xarel·lo, the backbone of our sparklings. True to our belief in respecting the environment, we manage our vineyards according to organic and biodynamic principles.
