First and foremost, we are farmers who love the earth and want to enjoy the best and healthiest fruit it can offer. Our agricultural, and specifically our vine-growing philosophy, is ecological and sustainable: complete respect for the natural product without the use of fertilisers or pesticides. In short, without using synthetic chemical products.The setting in which our vineyards are located plays a vital role. That is why we respect and maintain the forests that surround our estates, as well as the two ravines that cross through our largest estate in Monistrol d’Anoia. Furthermore, the animals, and particularly the birds, play a key role in enriching the soil in which our vines grow.
