What does it involve
Our land is rich in gastronomy and wines. In this activity, we will harmonize 4 traditional cheeses with 4 wines, and we will introduce you to the wonderful world of pairing.
What is included?
-We will begin the activity with a first cava tasting while we explain the history of the family and the winery on the terrace overlooking the vineyard and Montserrat.
-We will visit the winery, the old cellar ( S. XVI) and the vineyard.
-We will finish with a pairing of 4 local Km0 cheeses with 4 of our wines.
