Our restaurant and bar located in the hotel lobby offers an incomparable panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The restaurant La Cava d'en Sergi, and its owner and chef Sergi Torres, constatly take care of the smallest details. You will never believe what a fresh and high quality product can do to an old-new dish!

The restaurant offers a wide range of national and international wines and cavas (DO Penedes predominates because of its location) as well as a complete menu of whiskeys.

Tant l’exploració de nous mètodes d’aplicar els conceptes culinaris tradicionals com el disseny propi de plats són components indispensables en la filosofia d’aquest jove equip anomenat EL RACÓ DE LA CIGONYA.

Roots and Time: Over 25 Years Fighting for the Invisible

Immerse yourself in a sensory journey through the Garraf Massif with Can Ràfols dels Caus. We explore more than 25 years of history, landscape, and research through five emblematic wines —La Calma, Rocallis, Caus Lubis, Sumoll, and Xarel·lo Pairal— situating them within the historical and human journey of the winery. Its construction began around the year 2000, a sustainable and respectful architectural work delicately embedded in the Garraf rock, integrating winemaking tradition with the natural landscape.
