Parés Baltà Visit and Organic Wine Tasting

At Parés Baltà family winery we offer you a great wine tourism experience where you can taste up to 8 wines from 4 different Appellations.
Through a guided tour of the vineyards you will discover the benefits of biodynamic farming and in the winery you will learn about all the types of microvinifications that our winemakers carry out to make our wines.
The tasting will be a journey through different terroirs and microclimates in which we will discover the importance of these factors in winemaking.

Wine & Cheese Pairing

At Parés Baltà Winery we offer you the possibility to enjoy a wine pairing experience in which you will be able to test all your senses searching for the best pairing between our organic & biodynamic wines and a curated selection of local cheeses.

MontRubí Visit, wine tasting & small regional food pairings

We will learn about our terroir at our vineyard and we will guide you through our project during a unique visit.
We will discover the soul of MontRubí through a selection of 6 wines, paired with small expressions of our territory.
The indigenous grape varieties and monovarietal wines are the essence of MontRubí's history and we invite you to discover it and enjoy it with us.
