What does it involve
This experience was created to discover the Penedès through two complementary visits: a tour at Vinseum, Museum of Wine Cultures of Catalonia, and a visit at Can Lleó de Vilanoveta Winery, to understand wine from its origins to tasting.
In the first space, history and culture will help you appreciate the role of wine in shaping the identity of a region like Penedès and Catalonia. In the second, the story comes to life through a hands-on visit to an 18th-century winery, where you’ll explore its heritage and traditional winemaking methods. The visit concludes with a guided tasting of the wines, which sincerely reflect the philosophy of the project.
The combined visit has no fixed starting point: you can begin either at Vinseum or Can Lleó, adapting the tour to your own pace and preferences.

What is included?
VISIT CAN LLEÓ DE VILANOVETA WINERY
- Welcome and introduction to the history of the winery.
- Tour of the winery to discover the different winemaking methods.
- Guided tasting of 4 organic, minimally-intervention wines and sparkling wines.
VISIT VINSEUM (Museum of the Cultures of Wine of Catalonia)
- Entry to the museum with audio guide (available in Catalan, Spanish, English, and French).
- Tasting of a glass of Wine or Must.
