We are a centenary winery of organic viticulture established in Baix Penedès, producing high quality still and sparkling wines since 1914. Gerard Jané, winemaker and general manager, represents the fourth generation of the family Jané. The aim of our cellar is to show the feeling that links us to our land. We have an important implication on the conservation and valuation of our cultural and landscape heritage. We contribute with the study of dry stone constructions: editing books and organizing workshops.

After a long tradition in cava making, the passion for wines of Joan Carol led him found Cellars Carol Vallès in 1996. He decided to settle in the old farmhouse of Can Parellada acquired by his grandparents more than 100 years ago. With the indispensable help of his wife, Teresa Vallès, Joan Carol began to commercialize the cavas that the family had been producing for years.

We are 100% wine growers.We only produce what we have personally grown at our vineyard. We project the wine from the land, and we only feel winemakers when we start the grape harvest. We work our vineyard carefully, in a sensible, empathic and calm way.
