After a long tradition in cava making, the passion for wines of Joan Carol led him found Cellars Carol Vallès in 1996. He decided to settle in the old farmhouse of Can Parellada acquired by his grandparents more than 100 years ago. With the indispensable help of his wife, Teresa Vallès, Joan Carol began to commercialize the cavas that the family had been producing for years.
Now, Guillem Carol, the second generation has taken the rudder of the winery. The values from the beginning are strongly preserved: a respect for the environment with the organic cavas, the long cava aging processes, original blendings and the traditional and familiar way of making.
With the new generation, the winery has openned its doors and let you discover the secrets of the cava making and our landscape and vineyards through a big and varied range of activities both for families and friends and for corporate events and teambuildings.

We have an overnight space for motorhomes. We have three places that are surrounded by vineyards. It is a space where you can spend the night, it is free and no prior reservation is required. It is just 10 minutes from Vilafranca del Penedès, where you can find shops of all kind of services. You can take the opportunity to combine the night with a visit to the winery and tasting of our cavas
