What does it involve
In Subirats, in the heart of Penedès, enjoy a guided tour of a typical Catalan estate dating back to the 1600s, surrounded by vineyards and forest with views of the Monastery of St. Sebastià dels Gorgs. We will visit the winery’s vineyards, located around the Massana family’s ancestral home. You will learn about the history of the winery and the family, as well as the philosophy and fundamental principles behind caring for the vines and producing all wines and cavas following a biodynamic philosophy, respecting nature and the ecology of the environment.
To finish, we will taste 3 wines and/or sparkling wines paired with a seasonal Eco-aperitif at our wine bar.
This activity has been specially created to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Penedès Wine Route.
