What does it involve
Pit-Roig, after several vintages and awards, has become one of the iconic cavas of our winery. It is one of the most appreciated collector's cavas. We only produce the best vintages and with a maximum of 5,000 bottles, betting on a high-quality cava with manual rinsing and disgorging. It is a 100% Pinot-Noir organic brut nature.
In 2019, thanks to the good reception, in addition to the usual production, we decided to make 85 exclusive magnums of Pit-Roig. And now, after 6 years of aging, we want to present it through a unique and unrepeatable vertical tasting.
As we always like to innovate and present new experiences, we present a unique and exclusive activity that will never be repeated again: an exclusive vertical tasting of 3 vintages of Pit-Roig and the magnum. Specifically, the 2015, 2017 and 2019 vintages. Apart from the magnum, which we will open for the occasion. We want to see how the passage of time has made this fantastic cava evolve.
What is included?
-Visit to the vineyard, winery and cellar, with an explanation of the cava production process based on the weather.
-Vertical tasting of the 4 cavas with cheese pairing from small producers.
