Join us for a unique pairing experience that you never knew you needed. You’ve probably tasted countless cheeses with a glass of wine or cava, but have you ever wondered where your favorite cheese comes from and how it pairs with the best products the Penedès region has to offer? Now you can find out.
We will be comparing cheeses from the Pyrenees, Alps, and Picos de Europa, discovering their characteristics thanks to the knowledge of our cheesemakers, and finding the perfect wine or cava to pair with them. From soft and creamy cheeses to aged and flavorful ones, such as Gruyère, Comté, and Cabrales, there’s something for everyone.
