What does it involve
Wednesday, July 17, at 8 p.m., we have prepared the first show: "We open live a Parmigiano DOP Vacche Rosse", a piece that we selected in Italy and that has been in our cave for a couple of months. We will open it live and prepare it so that you can try and taste it.
And we will propose pairing it with three wines from the Jean Leon, Llopart and Mas Comtal wineries, selected especially for the occasion and which will be presented by their producers.
The DOP Vacche Rosse Parmegiano cheese is the result of the bet of a group of farmers who set out to recover the production of Parmegiano con leche from the old Reggiana breed, as it was done in the past. The Reggiana red cow is known worldwide as the mother of Parmeggiano Reggiano.
