What does it involve
Antitast proposes to return to the most essential way of drinking: without protocols, without technicalities and without haste. A meeting around natural wine, music and conversation, in the same place where we have the origins of our vine and wine culture.
The activity takes place in an exceptional heritage environment (Do Vinifera), with wines served freely while stocks last: several vintages of Judes Macabeu and a selection of five monovarietals of indigenous varieties - parellada, xarel·lo, macabeu, sumoll and trepat - made naturally and without sophistication.
Music accompanies the experience with a vinyl session at a gentle volume, designed for listening and talking. Throughout the day, small historical and archaeological brushstrokes help contextualize the wine and the territory, always from proximity and dialogue.
It is an event that invites you to share wine as it has always been done: drinking, listening and conversing.
