What does it involve
This July comes the third edition of the Sparkling Wine Tasting Cycle as one of the outstanding activities that take place in summer around sparkling wines in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.
These tasting sessions will be held in the Pati de Can Guineu, a historic open-air space that is prepared to host summer cultural activities and events.
Each session will have a different theme in which Xavi Roig, Cal Feru sommelier, will present the event and lead the tasting with the collaboration of winemakers who will talk about their products while the participants taste them.
What is included?
Session Thursday July 6: 11 Corpinnats, 11 vintages.
Tasting of a collection of Corpinnats vintages.
Session Thursday 13 July: Innovation in the Penedès.
Tasting of Cavas, Clàsic Penedès or sparkling wines without DO, made with the traditional method that are new or that have some particularity that makes them unique and innovative.
Session Thursday 20 July: International sparkling wines.
Travel through different areas of the world where sparkling wines are made, from historic European areas to more distant and less well-known areas.
