What does it involve
We will learn about AT Roca's methodology, starting with a visit to the vineyards to understand where we are located and to value ecological and regenerative viticulture, as well as our raw material, the grape.
In this sense, we will focus on the vineyards of our single vineyard sparkling wines and we will be in first person at Finca els Gorgs, our most unique state.
Next, we will go to the winery where we will see how we carry out the process of selecting and entering the grapes when it arrives from the vineyard, and how our
production processes are.
Finally, we will end the visit with a guided tasting of our Classic Penedès from unique state.
