Discover the wines that marked the beginning of Can Ràfols dels Caus. The Gran Caus range, created by Carlos Esteva in the 1980s, reflects our philosophy and style, inviting you to explore the history of our millenary estate, from Roman times to the present, in the heart of the Garraf Massif.

We offer you a different experience, with the visit to the farm starting with the farmhouse of the seventeenth century. Exceptionally we will visit the ground floor, usually closed to the public. Then we will continue the visit paying special attention to the vineyards that surround the property, about 60 hectares all of them organic, and we will talk about the harvest, which we still do today by hand. At the viewpoint of the fir grove, next to the oldest vineyard on the estate, we will stop to enjoy a snack and a drink.

Visit to the vineyards led by Eudald Massana, owner of the winery and ninth generation of the Massana family, where different grape varieties will be tasted, learning about the characteristics of each variety, the different maturities, the type of soil and how it affects the taste, the climatology, and the organic and biodynamic philosophy of the winery, checking the final result in the glass.

At the end of the visit, you can stay and have a harvest breakfast among the vineyards of the estate., with traditional, organic and local products, and wines and cavas from the winery.

We will meet at Celler Nou de Canals & Munné where we will visit the organic vineyards with one of our farmers, where we will learn all the secrets of current Viticulture.

Next we will carry out a Regenerative Harvest workshop, we will taste the grapes taken from the same vine and we will stomp the grapes with our feet in the old fashioned way. To round it off we will make a Great Picnic with grilled sausage, peppers and aubergines, toast bread and loads of cava and grape juice for children.

It is a reserve package consisting of brunch, visit to the MasTinell Heretat winery, a yoga class among vineyards and we
finish with a sensory tasting of our gran reserva. A complete experience in the heart of the Penedés.

Good Iberian ham is one of the most exquisite and delicate products that pairs perfectly with a good cava. That slightly fatty sensation that ham leaves on your palate is offset by the fresh and balanced acidity of a quality cava, and invites you to continue enjoying this product that is so unique in the world.

We propose a combination between nature and wine culture, we will start into the forests to finish making a wine tasting, cavas and vermouths among vineyards.

March is a fascinating time to go into the forests, see the nature and discover the different species of birds that live in. A route that we will add the visit to the Piteus vineyards, Can Palet, which will open the doors to a world of pleasure and wine knowledge.
