The visit begins at the Cava Centre, where you will be introduced to the world of cava through large-format audiovisuals and interactive elements to learn the origins, history and secrets of cava in a playful way.

The Jaume Giró i Giró cellar is a century-old winery located in the center of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. The visit will take you into its production process, the virtues of the organic farming and their work with the most ancient wine techniques and the most modern ones.
