We are a small family business from Bisbal del Penedès (Tarragona) that has been dedicated to olive cultivation for generations. We currently control the entire production process, from cultivation to sale to the final consumer, to offer you the best organic extra virgin olive oil (oove) from our land.
Our crops are located in a privileged area, at the foot of the Pre-Coastal Mountain Range, with Montmell to the left – the highest peak in Baix Penedès – and unbeatable views of the sea.
The conditions of this area make Torclum oil a very special product. A large land, low rainfall and a mild climate allow a very early harvest that begins towards the end of October.
The result is an excellent fruity oil with a totally greenish hue.
Our olive oil is made exclusively with the fruits of our own olive trees, which allows us to control the product from its origin.
We take care of our olive trees very carefully, following the principles of organic farming and minimizing mechanized processes.
We believe in local agriculture. That is why our oil does not travel long distances: it goes directly from our farm to your table.
