The winery underwent renovation in 2022, with careful preservation of its original elements while incorporating modern machinery. The architectural project is closely linked to the winemaking process, aiming to revive the essence of the original winery. During the first harvest in 2022, six wines were produced using traditional varieties from the property’s most distinguished vineyards.
The wines are crafted and bottled on-site, using grapes exclusively from our own vineyards. Our wines are organic, with grapes handpicked in 15kg boxes. Currently, the winery focuses on macabeu, parellada, and red grenache. These wines are created with the intention of capturing the essence of the region, adhering to the traditional varieties and methods once employed at the historic Can Lleó winery.
