We will taste four wines of minimal intervention, with local varieties (macabeu, xarel·lo and parellada) and made with grapes from old vines belonging to the project, harvested from plots located between the municipalities of Subirats and Vilafranca del Penedès by local winegrowers and oenologists Ivà Gallego (Paret Seca), Joan Rubió and Àngels Margalef (Cal Tiques), Maria Barrena and Josep Tort (Entrevinyes), Anna Galofrè and Raimon Badell (Valldolina).

Harvest time is one of the most exciting times of the year, and we want to share it with you! Get ready to enjoy a gastronomic party in the garden among the vineyards of the farmhouse, with wine and vermouth, and a live music concert by Va de Covers.
The Christmas markets of Europe illuminate our eyes with thousands of lights, garlands, and fir trees, the music of Christmas carols can be heard throughout the alleys, creating a magical atmosphere. But nothing would be the same without smell. Everywhere you smell melted cheeses, grilled sausages, gingerbread cookies and butter waffles, not to mention the famous mulled wine with spices. All the senses together, without any of them missing, are what transport us to the magical world of Christmas.
Spring is one of the most special and surprising seasons of the year, in which the environment is transformed full of brightness and a different color from the cold of the winter that is ending.
The activity will begin with a visit to the family's century-old winery, visiting our 15th century farmhouse, as well as the family chapel.
Underground, in the winery, a sensory tasting awaits us led by our sommeliers, we will test our senses... will we be able to find out what type of wine or cava we are tasting?
Visit our winery located in the Font-rubí municipality, with a curated walk through the vineyards along the "ladybug route" that will finish in the table situated in our vineyard "El Bosc", where we will enjoy a small harvest picnic along with the comentated tasting of 3 of our wines.
