What does it involve
Cal Feru and the Sant Sadurní d'Anoia City Council are redefining their commitment to the dissemination and enrichment of wine culture with a new edition of the Tasting Cycle at the Pati de Can Guineu.
During three Thursdays in July, very special and exclusive tastings will be held to learn about the reality of cavas and sparkling wines at a territorial level in the historic Pati de Can Guineu, a space of heritage interest in the center of Sant Sadurní, protagonist of events key in the winemaking history of the town and the Penedès.
Each session will have a different theme in which Xavier Roig, sommelier of Cal Feru and champion of the Sparkling Wine Master España by Tantum Ergo, will present the event and lead the tasting with the collaboration of the winemakers and representatives of the cellars .
What is included?
Session Thursday 11 July: 2018, first vintage Corpinnat
12 visions of the first vintage as a collective brand Corpinnat, born in April 2018, with the characteristic profile of each winery, harvested by hand and vinified 100% on the property.
