In the municipality of Calafell, there is a Pedra Seca route that starts at Cal Bolavà, passing through mountainous terrain for about 2 km. Along this route, there are several Dry Stone constructions that have been restored thanks to the Friends of Calafell Heritage, which is why they are kept in good condition. Calafell Històric organizes a visit to the Hermitage of Sant Miquel so that everyone can learn its secrets and history of the Romanesque to Gothic transition that dates back to 1238. It is known that in a visit in 1777, the altar located inside the hermitage was dedicated to Saint Miquel, who shares the name with the building. It burned down during the Civil War in 1936, but the Calafell town council restored it in 1991.
