Dinner guided by the technical team of Celler Vins el Cep i Cal Ticus, of 5 courses paired with 5 wines.
We offer a unique food and wine experience, specially designed by the Vins el Cep winery team and the Cal Ticus restaurant, paying attention to detail and being able to show our culinary philosophy in every bite.

In this immersive experience, participants will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the characteristics that define a high-quality extra virgin olive oil and learn how to distinguish it from other olive oils. We will begin by exploring the key elements that make an olive oil exceptional: its taste, aroma, and texture.
We will then dive into a special sensory session where we will smell and identify the different defects that olive oil can have.
