We offer a guided tour of our historic winery combined with a 6-course gastronomic menu and a pairing of 6 wines selected for each dish. During the activity, you will learn the history of our winery, founded in 1984 in a historic 1880 building, and discover the Gaintus Project, a pioneer in the recovery of the Sumoll grape variety, producing the world’s first 100% Sumoll wine.
This experience allows you to enjoy the Alt Penedès in its purest essence, perfect for friends, family, or corporate groups.

In Crescendo was born in the spring of 2014. United by excitement and the desire to grow, we quickly set our goals. We entered the casting for the second edition of TV3’s Oh Happy Day! and no one could have imagined it back then: we ended up winning!

Cava needs time to become a Great Cava

Depth, delicacy, creaminess… and a surprising vivacity that has become our signature. If you are passionate about very long-aged sparkling wines, this is your tasting. Two exceptional vintages, meticulously crafted, special and limited editions. Both have been awarded at the Decanter World Wine Awards and the Vinari Awards. We will complete the experience with a gourmet pairing: three cheeses specially selected for our long-aged cavas or three vegetable and vegan pâtés.

To commemorate Gaudí's year, on Saturday, June 6, 2026, we will offer a visit with a modernist theme, where we will visit two clearly differentiated styles of Catalan modernism: one from Vilafranca, Santiago Güell, and the other from Riudoms (with Penedès roots), Antoni Gaudí. We will end the visit with a glass of Bolet cava in the gardens of the site.
