You can enjoy the interior spaces of a 15th-century farmhouse or the idyllic landscape of Espiells on our outdoor terraces.

Spend a different summer among vineyards. In the heart of Penedès, you will discover an idyllic landscape with different activities to spend a magical time. We offer the garden of our Eudald Massana winery to share time with friends and family, exclusive activities for your closest nucleus.

The Wine Bar area is an outdoor space where you can experience the essence of the Penedès, enjoying a glass or bottle of wine, cava and an ECOaperitivo, a cheese pairing,  picnic and much more.

 

Xarel.lo Experience


After a day's work, come and discover the Penedès through its queen variety: Xarel.lo.

Its versatility allows us to produce wines as diverse as the ones we want to present to you. 5 single varietals that will allow us to get to know the variety in all its forms.

We'll play at pairing them with 5 gourmet tapas made with genuine Penedès products.

Terroir Tour at Parés Baltà

Terroir Tour is an unforgettable adventure with 4x4 through the Natural Park of Foix, from the valley up to the highest mountains, visiting millenary terraces up to the chapel of Foix. We will discover one of the most surprising landscapes of Penedès while knowing about the wide range of soils, microclimates and biodiversity that sorround us. We will finish the adventure with a commented tasting of our organic and biodynamic wines and cavas.
The tasting is served with a snack of fuet, manchego cheese and our extra virgin olive oil.
Approximated time of the visit and tasting: 4 hours.

Parés Baltà Visit and Organic Wine Tasting

At Parés Baltà family winery we offer you a great wine tourism experience where you can taste up to 8 wines from 4 different Appellations.
Through a guided tour of the vineyards you will discover the benefits of biodynamic farming and in the winery you will learn about all the types of microvinifications that our winemakers carry out to make our wines.
The tasting will be a journey through different terroirs and microclimates in which we will discover the importance of these factors in winemaking.
