Ca la iaia

Ca la iaia is a detached house located in Sant Miquel d’Olèrdola, a small village of about 300 inhabitants, in the wine region of Alt Penedès. We are in a rural area surrounded by vineyards, touching the Garraf Park and the Castle of Olèrdola. 

The house was built in 1989, maintaining its classic style we have made small reforms to give it a more current touch.

This consists of three bedrooms; a room with a double bed, a room with two single beds together and a room with a bunk bed.

It has two bathrooms, a kitchen (equipped with everything you need to prepare yourself for meals and with a terrace with barbecue and table), dining room - living room with fireplace, and a terrace overlooking the castle of Olèrdola. The garden has a very shady pergola to be able to eat the hot summer days, next to the barbecue and the pool (space shared with the owners of the house). 

It is an ideal place for families who want to enjoy Olèrdola, cradle of the Penedès.
