Situated on softly undulating terrain, Santa Fe del Penedès is one of the smallest villages in the region. It is fed by the Can Cartró stream, a tributary of that of Lavernó, and unlike the other more scattered municipalities, here the populationis mainly concentrated into its urban centre.
