Bernat's secret. I work the land with horses

Two hours before starting work, Bernat feeds Nitouche, an 18-year-old mare. This team made up of man and animal began learning how to farm together, a profession that has been practiced for many years.

Normally, they see the sun rise, capturing the tranquility that Penedès landscape gives off, capturing the slow maturation of the vineyard, observing the environment and interacting with it, with respect and delicacy. Bernat always says that working with animals and the land makes him feel connected to the place where he lives.

He and Nitouche have worked a wide variety of soils with different climates, with organic and biodynamic agriculture. Higher vineyards, near the sea, vineyards in valleys near the river... A mosaic of soils that influence the character of Penedès wines. But the point is that he and his horses are already part of that landscape that makes them so happy.
