SYNOPSIS
Nora Navas, Juan Diego Botto, and Rodrigo de la Serna star in Cesc Gay’s new comedy, My Friend Eva, a heartfelt story with his distinctive touch: the adventures of relatable, down-to-earth characters and imaginative, eloquent dialogue.
Eva is a 50-year-old woman, married for over twenty years, with two teenage children, and an exemplary, completely ordinary worker. One day, after a business trip to Rome, she realizes she wants to fall in love again before it’s too late. Back in Barcelona, she decides to get a divorce and completely change the course of her life. Eva will thus begin a new single life, open to the games of seduction and love, but she soon discovers that charting a new path in search of true feelings is more complicated than she thought.
