What does it involve
Every Sunday morning, from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m., an outdoor yoga class takes place in the hotel’s gardens, with stunning views of Montserrat mountain.
The session is suitable for all levels and is designed to promote physical and mental well-being in a peaceful natural setting. It’s a perfect way to start the day with energy, mindful breathing, and guided stretching led by a professional instructor.
The class is open to both guests staying at the resort and external participants looking to enjoy a relaxing and restorative experience.
