What does it involve
In this second edition of the fair, specific wineries from the Garraf Massif will be present, offering a sample of the quality of their wines. In total, there will be 14 wineries, 7 of which will be represented by the specific distributor of wines from the Massif, Fetén Wines.
The medieval surroundings of the Hospital dels Cervelló, a monumental complex founded in the 13th century, will host the 13th edition of Vinum, the Wine Fair of the Garraf Massif, which will take place next Sunday, May 25.
In this edition, specific wineries from the Garraf Massif will be present, offering a sample of the quality of their wines. In total, there will be 14 wineries, 7 of which will be represented by the specific distributor of wines from the Massif, Fetén Wines.
The Vinum fair will begin in the morning with the round table “Land, vineyard and wine: Recovery of the Agroforestry Mosaic”. Speakers representing different entities and administrations will participate. To close the event, there will be a participatory part dedicated to the public, where contributions and questions can be made.
The fair will open its doors at 6:00 p.m. The inauguration will be given by the mayor of Olesa de Bonesvalls, Jordi Ramos Tardà.
The concerts that will liven up the evening will then begin. Throughout the day there will be three wine pairings by Caram Caram that will focus on the wines of the Garraf Massif. It is necessary to purchase the ticket in advance at a price of €15.
