What does it involve
At Cal Feru we continue to work on our commitment to the dissemination and enrichment of wine culture: on this occasion we propose a meeting of emerging producers of sparkling wines from the Penedès.
The objective of this meeting is to vindicate the role of sparkling wines in our territory: their interpretation of the landscape, the grape varieties and the different production methods.
This meeting will take place in the different spaces of Cal Feru: two tasting areas will be set up with several tables where each producer or representative of the winery will be able to explain their sparkling wines while the participants taste them.
The first edition of the "Effervescent Territory" will feature the participation of the following wineries: Ànima Mundi, Anna Serra Cooks, Bufadors Celler, Cal Xurriu, Casa Jou, Celler Cairons, Finca Parera, Enlaire Vins, Esteve i Gibert, Joan Rubió de Cal Tiques , L'Enclòs de Peralba, La Salada, Mas Candí, Orda Vins, Pardas and Vinya Lluny.
To attend it is necessary to previously purchase the ticket through the website www.calferu.com, with which you will access the store and receive a glass of special sparkling wine, the Lehmann Premium 23 cl Cup, and you will be able to taste the sparkling wines proposed. The glasses will be served in a tasting format with the idea that you can taste most of the products on offer, some of them in very limited editions, and some will even be slaughtered on the spot.
