Introductory tasting course for beginners
Introductory tasting course led by our Sommelier that covers from the basic concepts of viticulture, winemaking process, visual, olfactory and gustatory
basic concepts of viticulture, winemaking process, visual, olfactory and gustatory phases of the tasting, as well as wine pairing techniques.
Includes a private visit to the MontRubí winery and the historic heritage buildings of heritage buildings, the Chalet de MontRubí from 1902 and the Casa Gran from 1771, and the blind tasting of wines paired with small gastronomic expressions of the territory. Option to carry out the blind tasting as a competition between teams.
