Visit the vineyards and the winery, learn more about the history and the ecological and biodynamic philosophy, the territory and the winemaking processes.

During the visit, in the production area of the winery, we will taste the must of different varieties, vineyards and fermentation levels, directly from the tanks. We will finish with a tasting of 3 wines and cavas, where we will be able to compare the must we will have tasted and the resulting wine, all in an idyllic setting, in the garden of the winery, among the vineyards.

The Microvi night dedicated to Sumoll in the cloister of the Romanesque Monastery of Sant Sebastià dels Gorgs with the participation of the main wineries producing wines with this native variety of the country.

This year, as part of the event and prior to the tasting, the 25 years of Gaintus, produced by the Montrubí winery, will be commemorated, which was the first monovarietal in the world made with sumoll and which remains the winery's flagship and reference for all producers with this native Catalan variety.

Every second Sunday of the month we work on a different piece made with clay. We offer several options and decide together the best technique. Through experimentation we learn to model and decorate, and we accompany this with the explanation of knowledge and experiences.
