Día de Andalucía

Cunit will host the celebration of “Día de Andalucía” on March 15th, an event held to commemorate and better understand Andalusian culture. The events will begin at 11 a.m. in the church of Sant Cristòfol with a mass sung by the Choir of the House of Andalusia of the Baix Penedès of Cunit. From 12 p.m., the celebration will move to Plaça del Casal, where the homage to the Andalusian flag will take place with the interpretation of the anthems of Andalusia and Catalonia. The institutional welcome will then take place and, at 12:45 p.m., performances by various choirs and dance groups will begin.
The Councilor for Culture Montse Cámara is very enthusiastic about this event and encourages everyone to come and participate in this celebration: “In Cunit we are very lucky to have such a lively and active Andalusian community”
